• The apartment can be occupied from 3 pm and must be vacated by 10 am.

 

• Use the wardrobe only for storing personal items and clothes.

 

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

 

• Please leave the room in the same condition as you received it.

 

• Please do not use bed linen, blankets and towels on the terrace or in the yard.

 

• If you have any questions about using the equipment, please feel free to contact the staff.

 

• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets in the apartment.

 

• Only guests are allowed to stay in the apartment, no guests can be brought in.

 

• The apartment can also be used for bachelor and bachelorette parties, however, at the request of the surrounding residents, the celebration/party cannot be held in the apartment.

 

• If something is damaged or you receive it in a condition that is not as expected, please inform the staff, otherwise we will be forced to charge additional costs.

 

• The apartment can also be booked for families with children, in which case the adult room will be closed for minor guests.

 

• In the case of a minor guest, all responsibility lies with the parent or legal guardian.

 

The guest is responsible for complying with these rules in all cases.
