House rules

• The apartment can be occupied from 3 pm and must be vacated by 10 am.

• Use the wardrobe only for storing personal items and clothes.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment.

• Please leave the room in the same condition as you received it.

• Please do not use bed linen, blankets and towels on the terrace or in the yard.

• If you have any questions about using the equipment, please feel free to contact the staff.

• Kisállatot sajnos nem tudunk az apartmanban fogadni.

• Only guests are allowed to stay in the apartment, no guests can be brought in.

• Amennyiben valami megrongálódik, vagy nem olyan állapotban kapta meg, ahogy az elvárható, azt jelezze a személyzetnek, egyéb esetben plusz költséget számolunk fel.

• A távozás napján a jakuzzi kizárólag reggel 5 óráig használható, ezt követően a wellness részleg használata már nem engedélyezett.

• A jakuzzi tető vissza nem helyezése károkozásnak minősül, amely 20.000 Ft kártérítést von maga után.

Ezen szabályok betartásáért minden esetben a vendég a felelős.
