Below you can read the cancellation conditions of the L'amour apartment, which we kindly ask you to take into account when booking.
Compliance with the conditions is necessary for smooth operation.
1. Cancellation
More than 30 days before arrival: Free cancellation, no deductions.
Within 30 days before arrival (so if there are less than 30 days left): the total amount 50%-at we keep it as a penalty.

2. Amendment
•Reservation changes (date or number of guests) are possible up to 30 days before arrival - depending on current availability.
•In case of change, the prices and conditions for the new date apply.

3. Early departure
If you leave early during your stay, we cannot refund the remaining nights.

4. No-show
If the guest does not show up on the day of arrival and does not notify the guest of their absence in advance, the reservation will be automatically canceled and the full amount will be charged.

In the event of a natural disaster, epidemic or other unforeseen emergency, please contact us via our contact details and we will try to find a flexible solution that is acceptable to both parties.
